Just Enough Distance is a project that documents the subtle societal changes experienced post Brexit and throughout the three UK lockdowns that were imposed due to the Covid 19 pandemic.

The phrase ‘The New Normal’ was frequently heard during 2020/21 and as pandemic restrictions eased became interchangeable with ‘Back to Normal’. Both were uttered with resignation, acknowledging that ‘normal’ had radically changed. This project and exhibition documents the changing attitudes and behaviours that emerged throughout the pandemic and its aftermath.
